Shipping policy

Shipping:

All orders are processed within 24–36 hours and shipped Monday through Friday.

Pick-Up Orders:

Pick-up orders are ready within 24 hours.
Exception: Select Nuna products take approximately one week to be ready for pick-up. If you have questions about Nuna order timing, please email ashley@masonandcrew.com.

Local Delivery:

Orders placed before 3 P.M. Monday through Friday will be delivered same day. Orders placed after 3 P.M. or on a weekend or holiday will be delivered on the next business day.
