RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return/Exchange Policy: Items must be un-worn, un-washed, with tags still attached and in original packaging to be returned and/or exchanged. Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. All holiday items, bibs, headwear, stuffed animals/dolls, swimwear and sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange. Noralee items are also final sale.
To return/exchange an item, please visit us in store or contact us at ashley@masonandcrew.com. Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping charges. We do not provide return labels.
GEAR RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We accept the return of Nuna, Doona and Veer items within 5 days of purchase. To be eligible to return and/or exchange, the item must be un-used and in the original and SEALED packaging, and will be for store credit only. Once the box is opened, we cannot accept the return. This is for safety reasons, as safety is always our number one priority when selling gear. We appreciate your understanding!
